We stand behind every detail. If you are not fully satisfied with the outcome of your service, contact us within 48 hours and we will send a detailer back to address the concern — at no additional charge.

What Is Covered

48-Hour Re-Do Guarantee

If any area of the service does not meet the standard described on our pricing page, report it within 48 hours and we will re-do that specific area at no charge.

Headlight Restoration Warranty

If yellowing returns within 6 months of a headlight restoration service, we will redo it free. We apply UV sealant to prevent this — but if it fails early, it is on us.

Damage Coverage

We are fully bonded and insured. If a detailer causes damage to your vehicle during a service, it is covered — no out-of-pocket cost to you.

No Questions Asked Return

If you have a legitimate concern about the quality of a completed service, we address it. We do not dispute or minimize — we just fix it.

What the Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our guarantee covers the quality of work performed during your service. It does not cover:

  • —Pre-existing damage, scratches, stains, or odours that are disclosed before the service begins
  • —Stains that were disclosed as potentially permanent before work began
  • —Concerns reported more than 48 hours after service completion
  • —Damage caused by the customer after service completion

How do I claim the guarantee?
Email [email protected] with your booking reference and photos showing the concern within 48 hours of service. We will arrange a follow-up visit promptly.
What if I am still not satisfied after the re-do?
If a second visit does not resolve the issue, we will escalate internally and find a solution — whether that is a partial refund or alternative resolution.
Does the guarantee apply to all services?
Yes — interior, exterior, complete packages, and most add-ons. For add-ons involving specialist assessment (mold treatment, biohazard), outcomes vary by severity and are discussed before work begins.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes — we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
