What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
Our guarantee covers the quality of work performed during your service. It does not cover:
- —Pre-existing damage, scratches, stains, or odours that are disclosed before the service begins
- —Stains that were disclosed as potentially permanent before work began
- —Concerns reported more than 48 hours after service completion
- —Damage caused by the customer after service completion
