1. The service
OtoPro provides mobile car detailing services at the address you provide. Our technicians come to you — no drop-off required.
We currently operate in the Greater Toronto Area. Bookings outside our service area may be cancelled with a full deposit refund.
All prices shown on our website are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking and payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Deposits are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Prices are calculated based on the vehicle information you provide. If the vehicle at the time of service differs materially from what was booked, we reserve the right to adjust the price or decline the service.
Your booking is confirmed once your deposit payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. A full refund of your deposit will be issued to your original payment method.
Cancellations made after the 48-hour window are non-refundable. If you need to cancel after this period, please contact us at [email protected] — we will try to work with you where possible.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unsafe weather, inaccessible service location, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, you will receive a full deposit refund and the option to rebook.
4. Rescheduling
Authenticated account holders may reschedule a booking up to 2 times within 30 days of the original booking date, provided at least 24 hours notice is given before the current appointment.
Guest bookings cannot be rescheduled. If you booked as a guest and need to change your appointment, you must cancel (subject to the 48-hour window above) and create a new booking.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide an accurate service address and vehicle information at booking
- Ensure the vehicle and service location are accessible to our technician at the scheduled time
- Secure any pets and ensure the area around the vehicle is clear
- Remove any valuables from the vehicle prior to service — we are not responsible for personal items left inside
- Be available by phone during the service window in case our technician needs to reach you
If our technician arrives and the vehicle or location is inaccessible, the appointment may be marked as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Liability
We take care with every vehicle we service. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a detail, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion with photos.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, chips, or surface defects
- Damage caused by manufacturer defects or degraded vehicle surfaces
- Loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for that booking.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place a booking.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data upon deletion.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
